HOMEOWNER’S HOMEWORK..
Grab pen and paper and write down your answers to the following questions:

  • When at the interview the agent was explaining their plan to get your home sold, insuring the best offer with the most qualified buyer, besides telling you that they were going to do some pictures, put the listing in the MLS, the occasional open house, some social media marketing, what did they actually say?

  • If the agent decided not to provide any professional marketing such as professional photos, videos, listing website and so on.. when they were explaining the reason behind their business decision, what did say specifically?

  • And lastly.. When your agent called you to let you know that the home was coming off the market, what was the reason they said the home didn't sell?
